Fisher German Hold Prominent Positions in the Association of Agricultural Valuers

CAAVLeading Midlands firm, Fisher German, can boast a number of key roles within the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV).

Firstly, Paul Clayson, of the Banbury office is Junior Vice President of the National Association and is expected to be the National President in 2008.

Richard Baker, an Associate in the Knutsford office, has just been elected the president of the Cheshire Association.

Henry Sale, Managing Partner from the Market Harborough office, is Junior Vice President of the Midland Counties Association.

John Ikin, an associate in the Ashby office, has recently been appointed as an examiner for the Midland Group and is also Chairman of the Midland Counties Young Valuers.

Various other members of Fisher German sit on either local or National Councils.

The CAAV is a National specialist professional body representing over 2000 members.  Members are agricultural and rural valuers who provide professional advice and valuation expertise on issues affecting the countryside from tenancy matters to sales and purchase of farms and land, from taxation and compulsory purchase to auctioneering and from conservation issues to farming structures.  The Association is very highly regarded by Rural Practice Surveyors and provides very practical assistance to its members.  For further information on this please contact paul.clayson@fishergerman.co.uk
