Neil specialises in rural estate management. Although focused in Derbyshire and Staffordshire, Neil’s work takes him to Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Scotland. Having studied and worked in Scotland previously, Neil also advises on the management of traditional Scottish sporting estates. Neil also deals with professional related work including valuations and planning feasibility reports as well as land sales and general estate agency work. He is a committee member of the Derbyshire MATRICS.
Out of the office Neil is a keen sportsman and enjoys all aspects of the great outdoors. A keen runner, cyclist and swimmer Neil can often be found competing in triathlons and is equally happy walking and mountain biking in the Derbyshire hills.
