Seb is a qualified surveyor and agricultural valuer and has worked at Fisher German since graduating from Harper Adams Agricultural College in 2003. He specialises in acting for utility companies on pipeline and compensation matters. Seb also undertakes property portfolio appraisal work for various utility companies and has recently further specialised into negotiating injurious affection claims for overhead power lines for the UK distribution companies.
Seb is part of the renewable energy panel of experts within Fisher German and has particular knowledge of biomass heating and CHP systems together with fuel sourcing and management.
Seb enjoys shooting, badminton, rowing and walking together with being quite handy in the kitchen. He is currently Chairman of the Eastern branch of the Pipelines Industry Guild Young Persons Network. He is also Chairman of the Young Valuers for the Midlands Counties Agricultural Valuers Association.
