Seb is a qualified surveyor and agricultural valuer and has worked at Fisher German for over 6 years. He works in the pipelines team based at the Ashby office and acts for utility companies in the electricity, gas, water and oil industries. Seb is currently undertaking work on major electricity transmission projects in the UK, both overhead power lines and cable tunnels. Seb is a specialist in negotiating claims, on behalf of electricity companies, for injurious affection caused to properties due to the presence of overhead power lines.
Seb provides advice to various clients relating to compensation and land rights matters for oil, gas and water pipes.
Seb enjoys outdoor pursuits and is regularly found in the garden or allotment growing all manner of vegetables and fruit. He is the immediate Past Chairman of the Eastern branch of the Pipelines Industry Guild Young Persons Network and becomes the Deputy National Chairman of the Pipeline Industries Guild Youth Panel in June 2010. He is also Chairman of the Young Valuers for the Midlands Counties Agricultural Valuers Association.
