Background:
The Worcester office manages property sales and rural estate business covering rural and urban fringe in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire and Wales. This office is the former Dumbleton estate office where it had been for over 60 years. The team includes partners Anthony Mayell and Yan Gittins and Richard Hutcheon who heads up the Fisher German sporting department and manages property sales for the Worcester office which cover the cotswolds to the midlands and beyond.
In rural estate business and land management the office acts for private land owning clients, trusts, charities and corporations. They manage the sale and purchase of farms and land, and there is a thriving country property sales and lettings department.
Planning and development advice is in particular demand, and the office advises on rural development schemes and residential building sites, from the initial planning and design stage to final disposal.
In the professional services department the office handles a wide range of rural valuations including specialist properties such as fish farms, quarries and islands. Anthony Mayell also specialises in independent expert and expert witness court work.
Directions:
Leave the M5 at Junction 6 and take the A449 dual carriageway signed Kidderminster (travelling South – 4th exit off roundabout, travelling North 2nd exit off roundabout).
After 1˝ miles leave the dual carriageway signed Blackpole and turn immediately left and first right into the Blackpole East Business Park.
Fisher German’s offices (No.2 Birch Court) are the second building on the left with car parking available on the right hand side of the road facing the offices, and dedicated parking spaces in the car park immediately past the offices on the left.
