Richard has worked within the higher education and retail sectors providing professional advice and services for large estates and portfolios. Recently, he has carried out some research on building occupants ‘attitudes and behaviour’, which ties in with his interest in building aesthetics and design.
Background/Interests
Richard became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2004 after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a 1st class honours degree in Building Surveying. He enjoys walking and keeping fit being an enthusiastic member of a gym.
