Neil joined the firm in 2003 having previously qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2002. Neil works in a wide range of diverse client issues taking him to most parts of the East Midlands and even as far afield as Scotland. Although focusing mainly on Estate Management, Neil’s work also includes valuation work and site appraisals for development schemes.
Upon graduating in Land Economy from Aberdeen University, Neil went to work in Strutt & Parker’s Edinburgh office where he developed a keen interest in Estate Management.
Katie joined the Ashby Office in August 1999 and specalises in Rural Estate Management. The majority of her work is based in the Peak District National Park. In addition, she also undertakes a variety of professional work including property sales and valuations.
In Spring 2002 Katie qualified as a Chartered Surveyor after graduating from Reading University in 1999 with a degree in Land Management.
