Fisher German is the trading name of Fisher German LLP. We are a limited liability partnership of chartered surveyors and rural property consultants serving clients countrywide.
Fisher German LLP was born on the 1st April 2006 following the merger of the practices of Fisher Hoggarth and Germans on 1st September 2000. Both of these firms have been managing and selling estates, farms and rural property for the last 160 years.
The firm has 7 offices throughout the UK, with approaching 200 employees. In 2002 we amalgamated with the Herefordshire firm of Finn Mayell creating the Evesham office, which moved to Worcester in June 2006; In 2003 we merged with the Oxfordshire based firm Clayson Haselwood to create the Banbury office and in 2004 we acquired W O Beck to form the Knutsford office.
As can be seen on other parts of this website, we specialise in all aspects of rural property advice including: estate and farm management, property sales and lettings, auctions, equestrian establishments, valuations, planning and development and building design with nationally recognised departments dealing with wind farms, pipelines/utilities and telecom sites.
Our client base is made up of private, institutional and corporate clients throughout the UK. We manage in excess of half a million acres of property with a rental income of more than £30,000,000 per annum. We have recently sold in excess of £17 million of rural property by auction in addition to more than £90 million of private treaty sales. We are the NFU’s only recommended agent for the whole of England and Wales for telecoms sites, 60% of all wind farms in the whole of England and Wales currently in planning have been dealt with by Fisher German’s renewable energy team and we manage in excess of 3,700 km of pipelines for Esso, the Government and other corporate clients.
We are committed to providing a reliable and cost-effective service to satisfy the personal requirements of each of our clients and we achieve this by recruiting and retaining the top professionals in each area of our business.
