National Residential Property Portfolio Valuation
Stephen Rutledge, who heads up the Valuation Department at Fisher German’s Banbury Office reports a very busy recent few months. Amongst other valuations, they have recently undertaken the valuation of an Institutional Client’s Residential Property Portfolio amounting to around £31 million.
The Property Portfolio included properties located at various towns and cities across England including Seaford and Bournemouth on the south coast, London and Oxford in the south east, Norwich in the east, Daventry, Northampton, Kettering, Leicester, Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham and Milton Keynes in the Midlands and Sheffield, Liverpool and Preston in the north. The Portfolio comprised a diverse range of residential properties, typical of the property Fisher German value, from small modern semi-detached housing estate properties to large period country houses, ranging in value from £100,000 to £1,300,000.
