Yan Gittins BSc MSc MRICS FAAV
Area of expertise
Yan was based at the Dumbleton office for 10 years, and has experience in Rural Estate Management for Landlords, ranging from charities, private individuals and family trusts. Other areas of expertise include shoot management, rural valuations, maintenance and refurbishment of historic buildings, being a member of the SPAB (Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings). Yan works in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire. He is a member of the Worcestershire CLA committee.
Background/interests
Recently married to a Worcestershire Farmer's daughter, Yan helps run a Scottish Reeling Ball in Cheltenham for charity and is Treasurer of his old prep school boys' society.
