James joined Fisher German in 2002 and spent the first 3 years predominantly involved in estate management, grant schemes applications, planning work and valuations. His work has since expanded to include all aspects of rural property sales, also concentrating on valuation work. A more recent addition to James workload is compulsory purchase and compensation work, where he has become involved in new road schemes, flood defence schemes and some pipeline compensation claims.
Since graduating from Harper Adams, James has gained experience working across the Midlands from Cambridgeshire to the Welsh borders and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2003. Now established in Staffordshire, he spends most of his free time with his young family. James is a keen shot and enjoys most outdoor pursuits, in particular windsurfing, sailing and skiing.
