Areas of expertise
James moved to the Stafford office in 2005, to run the Agency Department, whilst also concentrating on rural property valuation work. In addition to the agricultural and residential sales, development sales are becoming an increasing area of work.
Background / Interests
Since graduating from Harper Adams, James has gained experience at the Ashby office, dealing with estate management, valuation, planning and property sales work and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2003. He now spends most of his free time with his young family. James is a keen shot and enjoys most outdoor pursuits, in particular windsurfing, sailing and skiing.
