Areas of Expertise
30 years experience in the management of rural land and estates, and the sale, purchase and valuation of rural and residential property, and development land. Anthony specialises in rural planning and diversification including new build schemes and traditional building conversions from the initial design stage to disposal. In matters of dispute he acts as an Independent Expert, and offers Expert Witness advice to the Courts on valuations and professional issues.
Background/Interests
Anthony is married to Sarah with three young sons. He is widely travelled, a keen sailor, ageing cricketer and follower of Worcester rugby. He is also an external examiner on the BSc Honours Rural Land Management course for RAC Cirencester.
