Our Halesowen office requires an exceptional individual to join their existing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an expanding team.
Predominantly operating within the Birmingham and North Worcestershire areas, the role will involve a variety of work including; liaising with a variety of stakeholders to negotiating property sales, acquisitions and lettings. Managing our clients’ property portfolios, undertaking property valuations and other associated professional work .
You will have a proactive approach to raising the profile of the company and generating new business.. Firm negotiation skills and resourcefulness are essential for this role.
To be considered for the role, you will be able to demonstrate and provide relevant examples of:
Training on all bespoke IT systems will be provided. This role requires frequent site visits and travel.
