The Opportunity

Our Halesowen office requires an exceptional individual to join their existing team.  This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an expanding team.

Predominantly operating within the Birmingham and North Worcestershire areas, the role will involve a variety of work including; liaising with a variety of stakeholders to negotiating property sales, acquisitions and lettings.  Managing our clients’ property portfolios, undertaking property valuations and other associated professional work .  

You will have a proactive approach to raising the profile of the company and generating new business.. Firm negotiation skills and resourcefulness are essential for this role.

About You

To be considered for the role, you will be able to demonstrate and provide relevant examples of:

  • RICS qualification 
  • Valuation and agency experience 
  • Management and general practice experience would be an advantage
  • Good financial acumen with an understanding of budget management
  • Flexibility in undertaking a wide variety of tasks, whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively and proactively within a small but extremely busy team 
  • First-class organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Applications
  • An outstanding record in customer service and delivery
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and proficiency in communicating, at all levels.
Training on all bespoke IT systems will be provided. This role requires frequent site visits and travel.
